Sessions last 60-90min. The initial session will take 90 min (Discovery session), and following sessions 60min.

Ethics of practice

As an International Coaching Federation member and accredited coach, I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics .

Withdrawing from the working relationship

If for any reason you do not wish to continue coaching process and wish to cancel the contract, you have the right to a refund for unused sessions minus SGD 200 administration fee.

referral to psychotherapy

Knowing when to refer you to a health care professional, psychotherapist and/or psychiatrist is an important part of my coaching practice. I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics and it allows me to assess and respond to situations that may suggest you need another source of developmental practice than coaching. It is an assurance that you receive the service that is best suited for your circumstances.
